He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughter Emily; his kitties Gino; his siblings, Susan Marzella (Nick) of Thornwood, NY, Richard Longo (Kim) of White Plains, NY and Diana Altro (Scott) of Bedford Hills, NY; his mother-in-law Lynne Goldsmith of Boynton Beach, FL; his brother-in-law Michael Goldsmith (Maria) of Newtown, CT; his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Frankie Marzella, Matthew, Andrea Longo, Danielle, Scotty Altro, Ryan and Andrew Goldsmith; his aunt Ann Jerie Damiano of Purchase, NY; his cousin Barbara Ann Cirocco; his aunt Florence Cotroneo of Rome, NY; and his cousins, Judy, Gina, Michelle and Kathy.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions in memory of Gerry Longo to the 15 For Life Foundation (15forlife.org) which inspires open dialog about depression and mental health.
