She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bizak and Anna Timcak Bizak; her husband Charles J. Lesak; and her siblings, Ann Lazurek, Helen Lazurek, Mary Milano and John Bizak.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Sloditski of North Carolina, John Lesak of Stratford, Lisa Czaplinski (Richard) of Meriden and Maria Bruno (Martin); her grandchildren, Tracey Jelen, Cheryl Howard, Lauren Roberts, Emma Czaplinski and Matt Czaplinski; her great grandchild Chloe Jelen; her sister Patricia Secchiaroli; and her friend Jim Farrell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current pandemic, contact tracing, the wearing of face coverings and social distancing protocol will be observed.
