She was predeceased by: her spouse Edward C. O'Neill; her parent Helen Preteska (Kapral); her son Brian J. O'Neill; and her brother Richard Preteska. She is survived by: her sons, Edward J. O'Neill, Lisa Brown and Kevin J. O'Neill (Betsy); her brother Edward "Red" Preteska (Marie); and her grandsons, Matthew Marshall, Matthew Trager and Reilly O'Neill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
