He was predeceased by: his father Robert Prokop. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Prokop (Frappier); his daughter Shelby Alarcon (Eric); his sister Karen Tomaszek (Ed); his grandchildren, Braylee, Aria and Owen; his nephew Eddie Tomaszek (Kate); and his great-nephew Reed.
