With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Chase Byrne of Salem, Connecticut, born in Mamaroneck, New York, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Ellen Harris; his children, Kelly Skarupa (Brad), Peter Byrne and Taylor Byrne (Mary); his grandson Parker Skarupa; and his sisters, Barbara Esau (John) and Karen Watt (Michael).
