It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Cooley Franco of Salem, Connecticut, born in Windsor, Connecticut, who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sheehan and Antionette Sheehan (Contois); her former husband George H. Cooley, Jr.; and her sister Maureen Gagne. She is survived by: her caregiver Diploma; her pets, Lucy, Maggie and Rosie; her daughters, Jennifer (David Fleisher) of Cherry Hill, NJ and Beth (Philip Crosby) of Dorchester, MA; her grandchildren, Matthew, Anna and Robby Fleisher; her sister Eileen (Donny Willet); her siblings-in-law, Jim Gagne and Christine; and her nephews, Kevin and Jeff Gagne.
The family requests that no flowers be sent but instead, donations in her memory be made to Center for Hospice Care of Southeast CT http://www.hartfordhealthcareathome.org.
