John Mutch Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Mutch of Salem, Connecticut, born in Willoughby, Ohio, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Mutch and Emma Mutch (Marquard); his daughter Valarie Mutch Carreiro; and his siblings, Gene Mutch, Barbara and Shirley Mutch.
He is survived by: his children, Keith (Diane Mutch) of Oakdale, CT and Darleen Mutch Medeiros of Vero Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Cole, Elizabeth, Keith J. Mutch (Melissa Mutch), Keith J. Mutch Jr., Taylor, Paige, Brynne Medeiros, Heather and Steve Bartlett; and his great grandchild Courtney Roy. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 20th utilizing face covering and social distancing, at the Aurora-McCarthy Funeral Home, 167 Old Hartford Rd., Colchester, beginning with a calling hour form 9 – 10 am, followed by a funeral home chapel service at 10 am.
