He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Evans and Donna Dunphy; his parent-in-law Cory Wetherby; his stepmother Tricia St. Jean; his girlfriend Rebecca Gaarz; his siblings, Heather Dunphy, Brittney Voss (Eric Voss), Casandra Trainor, Willow Wetherby, Payton Evans and Abbigal Evans; and his nephews, Zachary and Emery.
