He was predeceased by: his father Paul Churchill; and his brother Charles Churchill. He is survived by: his mother Diane Churchill (Hoyt) of Roxbury; his sister Cindy (Steven Taylor); and his nephew Michael Taylor. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
