He is survived by: his wife Katie; his children, Jillian Maynard (Jared), Kirsten Fulda (Bryan Hayes) and Matthew Fulda (Caitlin); his grandchildren, Liam, Zella Maynard, Landon Fulda-Hayes, Alexander Hayes, Hayden, Nylah, Zadie Fulda, Grace, Grant and Garrett Hoffman; and also John Hoffman (Karen).
