He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Cordell; his brother Richard MacSuga (Butch); his sister-in-law Violet MacSuga; his daughter Ashley S. MacSuga-Gage; his son-in-law Nicholas A. Gage; his granddaughters, Olive Sue Gage, Goldie Jane Gage, River Preston-Gage and Scout Preston-Gage; and his stepdaughter Catherine Cordell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
