He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Caso and Sophie Dionne (Otfinoski). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Caso (Royer); his children, Roy Caso Jr. (Pam), Wendi Waller (Jeffrey) and David Caso; his stepdaughters, Shon Hatcher, Dara Olson and Tracy Donovan; his siblings, Barbara Varricchio (Robert), Michael Caso (Barbara) and Richard Caso (Priscilla); his grandchildren, Graeme, Ethan, Lilly, Rose, Grace, Griffin, Grayson, Melissa, Corey, Morgan, Colby, Riley, Raegan and Peyton; and his great grandchildren, Tatum and Tanner.
