“Bob was a very good friend to my brother Walter. When my brother was diagnosed with dementia in 2016, Bob was a great help to him with driving him to appointments, grocery shopping, the bank etc. He was a great help when I had to move him out of his apartment into a memory care in West Hartford. He visited him regularly at the memory care place, and kept he informed because I live in Tampa Florida. I was shocked at his murder. Regards, Brian Neville”
