He is survived by: his mother Ida D'Agostino; his close friend Robert; his siblings, Vincent D'Agostino (Mary), Anna DeCarlo (Mike) and Antoinette D'Agostino; his nieces, Christina D'Agostino (Jerlon Chiu), Victoria D'Agostino and Andreana DeCarlo; his nephew Robert DeCarlo; and his aunt Giuseppina Oppedisano.
