He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Starr (Hitchcock); his parents, Chester Starr and Rachel Starr (Hurlburt); and his daughter Linda S. Cosker. He is survived by: his close friend John Humell; his daughters, Kathy Salemi, Merri-Lynn Moore and Becky Maples; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Adam Moore, Amanda Martin, Jackie, Douglas and Dylan Knight. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
