He was predeceased by: his sister Martha. He is survived by: his wife Joni Maxwell; his siblings, Jacob, Robert, Mary Alice and Sandra; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney (Susan) and Julie (Lee). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
