He is survived by: his wife Maureen Leyden (Sheehy); his children, Kathleen Valachovic (Matthew) of West Hartford, Christine LaBelle (John) of West Hartford and Brian Leyden (Gina) of Rocky Hill; his grandchildren, Molly, Sara, Nolan, Charlotte and Emily; his sisters, Mary Byrne of Manchester, CT and Nora Flynn (Liam) of Ireland; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Leyden of Ireland, Lulu Leyden of Ireland, Kathleen O'Shea, Bridget Sheehy (Lenny LaPenta) and Patrick (Josie Sheehy) of England.
