We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2022, at the age of 19, Michael Benjamin Walling of Rocky Hill, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Loretta Walling and Fred Lopez. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Walling and Kristina Walling (Lopez); his brother Jake Walling; his grandmother Kathy Lopez; his uncles, Michael Lopez and Joseph Walling (Victoria); and his aunt Laura Walling. He is also survived by his extended family, cousins and many close friends.

In his younger years he was a naturally gifted athlete in baseball, basketball and football, but particularly excelled in golf, winning a State Championship with East Catholic High School and was All-State as a sophomore, before COVID ended his high school career.

In lieu of flowers, the Walling family asks that memorial donations be made to Alex's Lemonade, 333 E. Lancaster Ave, #414, Wynnewood, PA 19096 or Lucy's Love Bus, 21 Water Street, Suite 302 Amesbury, MA 01913.
