She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Nuzzo and Mary Nuzzo (DeCrescenzo); her husband John Markowski; her daughter Linda Markowski Fisher (Burt); her siblings, Nancy Cassella, Roseanne Conte (Chuck) and Vincent Nuzzo (Ruth); and her siblings-in-law, Theresa, Frances Markowski, Edward, Stanley, Thomas and Joseph Markowski.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Commons of Las Vegas and Stephen Markowski (Lori) of Rocky Hill; her grandchildren, Andrea Larsen (Tom), Brandon Fisher and Jessica Markowski; her great grandchildren, Ava, Daniel, Kelsey and Kamryn; her sister Lorraine Bailey (Everett); and her siblings-in-law, Ernest Cassella, Raymond Markowski (Maryann), Myron Markowski and Angela Markowski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and dear friends.
