She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred David Reichle and John Reichle; her former husband Edward Chrusciel; her husband James Poloski; and her siblings, John Reichle and Paula Reichle.
She is survived by: her siblings, Cynthia Matarazzo (Emilio) of Illinois and Dennis Reichle of New York; her children, Susan Gregoire (Kevin) of Newington, Deborah Chrusciel of New Britain and Steven Chrusciel (Sharon) of Bristol; and her grandchildren, Allison Godin (Brian) of Rocky Hill, Jake Chrusciel of Enfield, Captain Nicole Chrusciel, Rachel Gregoire of New Haven and Spencer Gregoire of Hawaii. She is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
