She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Leone; her parent James Mazzarella; her siblings, Anthony Mazzarella, Thomas Mazzarella, Ernest Mazzarella, Joseph Mazzarella, Carmella Bellatoni and Connie Chila; and her son-in-law William Clark.
She is survived by: her parent Salvatrice Mazzarella (Tarscio); her daughters, Joyce Ferreira (Bob) of Rocky Hill and Carolyn Clark of Centennial; her grandchildren, Matthew Ferreira (Gaetana) of Rocky Hill, Ashley Clark of San Francisco and Shelby Clark of San Francisco; her great grandchildren, Mia and Vincenzo; and her siblings, Vincent Mazzarella of Rocky Hill, Sarah Conforto (Paul) of Rocky Hill, Angie Piacentini of Wethersfield and Margie D'Alessandro of Rocky Hill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
