She was predeceased by: her spouse Edward Baj; her daughter Ann-Theresa Shapiro; and her brothers, Joseph Lombardo, Salvatore Lombardo and John Lombardo.
She is survived by: her parents, Sebastian Lombardo and Concetta Lombardo; her sons, Leonard Marchese (Penny) of Vernon and Peter Marchese (Brenda) of East Hartford; her brother Paul Lombardo (Eleanor) of South Windsor; her sister-in-law Lillian Lombardo of Boynton Beach; her stepdaughter Constance Gansziniec (Zenon) of Hebron; her grandchild Leonard Marchese Jr.; her wife Jennifer of Vernon; her great grandchildren, Joseph, Julia, Sydney, Olivia and Owen; and also, Sara Green (Rick) of Manchester, Anthony Marchese of East Hartford, Joseph Gansziniec and Kathryn Gansziniec. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
