He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Fischer and Edna Fischer (Harrison); his siblings, Harold Harrison, Richard Fischer and Sandra Shaw; his daughter Christine Fischer; and his granddaughter Monica Tobin.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Fischer (Mocarsky); his stepchildren, Catherine Evans (Kurt), William W. Fischer, Jr. and Deborah Viola (John); his brothers, Eugene Fischer (Ruth) and William Fischer, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Maryann Fischer and Robert Shaw. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
