She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Smith and Dorothy O'Connor; her husband Frank Butcher; her siblings, Jean, Rudolph and April; and her grandparents, James and Jane Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl-Ann O'Connor-White (Kevin White) of Trinidad; and her siblings, Randolph, Annette, Judy, Lawrence and Anthony. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
