He is survived by: his parents, John F. Cartelli of Melbourne, FL. and Shawne K. Cartelli (Sambitsky) of Rocky Hill; his sister Ashley Rapetski (Michael) of Cheshire; his nephews, Jack and Aleksander Rapetski; and his grandparents, Nancy Neves of Cromwell, Francesco and Filomena Cartelli of Cromwell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
