He was predeceased by: his wife Bess G. Small; his sister Patricia Small; and his parents, John Small and Anna Small (King). He is survived by: his daughter Janet Fox (Daniel Fox); his granddaughters, Kate Fox (Chris Maccia) and Anna Fox Reilly (Sean Reilly); his great grandchildren, Elsie and Henry Reilly; and his siblings, Ann Lander, Kenneth Small (Michael Principi), Karyl Lynch (David Cormier) and Wendy Wannop (John Wannop).
