It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Sir Bedford (Rocky Hill, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Bedford and Mary Bedford (Freeburn); his former wife Doris; his wife Dee of Rocky Hill, CT; his sister Barbara Bridges; his children, Diane (Bill Allen) of Newington, CT, Laurie (Charlie Beach) of Lake Alfred, FL, John Bedford II of Southington, CT and Gary Bedford (Vanessa) of Newington; and his sister Joan Sullivan of Charleston, RI.. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
