We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2024, at the age of 89, John F. Buckley of Rocky Hill, Connecticut, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Agnes Buckley (Cadigan); his wife Nancy; and his sisters, Agnes, Margaret and Joan.

He is survived by: his father William Buckley; his children, John Buckley, Jr. (Patricia) of North Haven, CT, Thomas Buckley MD (Marybeth) of Fairfield, CT and Nancy Canney (Michael) of Rocky Hill, CT; his grandchildren, Meghan Buckley, John Buckley III, Brendan Buckley, Sarah Richardson (Thomas), Thomas Buckley, Jr. (Elise), Annie Benz (Kevin), Michael Canney (Lauren), Brian Canney and Kevin Canney; his great grandchildren, Will, Henry, Charlie Richardson, Amelia Buckley and Jack Buckley Benz; his brother William Buckley; and his sister-in-law June Buckley of Abington, MA..

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in Jack's name can be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association at http://www.lbda.org.
