She was predeceased by: her spouse Stanley A. Ptak; her siblings, Bessie Radlowski, Stella Niksa, Casimer Pilewski, Henry Pilewski, Edward Pilewski, Stanley Pilewski, Anthony Pilewski and Walter Pilewski; and her granddaughter Amanda Ptak.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Stanley G.; and her granddaughters, Rebecca of Rocky Hill and Jessica Ptak of Rocky Hill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
