It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Philbrick (Rocky Hill, Connecticut), who passed away on January 23, 2020, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Philbrick and Pearl Philbrick; his wife Claire Philbrick; and his sisters, Barbara Pennington, Hortense Kelly and Evelyn Philbrick.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Philbrick (Joanne Philbrick) of South Windsor, CT, Robert Philbrick (Elisabeth) of Manhattan, NY, John Philbrick (Sharon) of Old Saybrook, CT and Joan Kennedy (Guy) of Underhill, VT.; his grandchildren, Gretchen, Ricky, Jennifer, Max, Kendall, Zack, Sam, Saige and Dylan; and his great grandchild Hayden.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the following: The Multiple Sclorosis Foundation, Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinsons Disease, and The Church of St. Andrews the Apostle, Rocky Hill CT.
