He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Standring (Smith); and his brothers, Ronald Standring and Paul Standring. He is survived by: his children, John Standring (Melissa) of Pound Ridge, NY, Susan Wagner (Carl) of Wethersfield, CT and Jay Standring of Washington, DC.; his granddaughters, Alexandra, Taylor and Alison; and his siblings, Thomas Standring of Leicester, MA, David Standring of West Yarmouth, MA, William Standring of Auburn, MA, Alan Standring of Charlton, MA, Terrance Standring of Phoenix, AZ, Neil Standring of Spencer, MA, Glenn Standring of Charlton, MA and Faith Fritze of Altamonte Springs, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
