He was predeceased by: his parent Veronica Kiczuk. He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Kiczuk (Dziob); his parent Leon Kiczuk; his great-grandparent Ruth; his children, Bill Kiczuk (Stacie) of Amherst, NH, Trish Rajotte (Jeff) of Rocky Hill, Marianne Kelly of Willington and Tom Kiczuk (Kimberly) of East Hampton; his grandchildren, Rachel Kiczuk, Michael Axler (Jill), Alyson Axler, Christopher Rajotte, Gregory Axler, Kayla Green, Jake Rajotte, Elizabeth Kelly, Tim Mijal and Amanda Kelly (Sam Bateman); his sister Helen Kiczuk of Berlin; his son-in-law Pete Kelly of Coventry; and also Jameson Axler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
