He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Edward Malak Jr. and Anna Malak (Gora) of Chicago, IL.. He is survived by: his son Michael Alan Malak; his granddaughter Eleanor Malak; his brother Leonard (Nancy Malak) of Austin, TX.; his niece Lisa Ritichie Baur; and also, Katrina Sylvester and Jackson Sylvester. He is also survived by many extended family, friends and co-workers.
