We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2019, at the age of 100, Dorothy Holleran (Rocky Hill, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mulligan and Mary Reynolds Mulligan; her spouse John J. Holleran; her great grandchild Pierce Holleran Austin; and her siblings, Catherine, Helen, Loretta, John and William.
She is survived by: her sons, John J. Holleran (Viesia Kupis) of Burlington and Edward T. Holleran (Nancy) of Westchester; her granddaughters, Lena (Peter Austin), Megan (Hans Hernandez), Caroline (Scott Thompson), Betsy and Claire; and her great grandchildren, Sean, Catherine, Lauren, Bridget and Shannon.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Children's Cancer Fund at Connecticut Children's Medical Center Foundation, Inc., 282 Washington St., Hartford, Connecticut 06106, in memory of Pierce Holleran Austin.
