He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley K. Holmes and Barbara R. Holmes; and his wife Marlene. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah A. Gulan (John) of Plainville, CT; his stepgrandson Kai Gulan; his sister Shirley Holmes of Nashville, TN; his niece Malenia Carroll (Eric); and his great-nephews, Emmett and Connor. He is also survived by several cousins and extended family and friends.
