He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Allen and Clarence Allen. He is survived by: his children, Dave Allen (Anne), Gary Allen Sr. (Gloria), Kathleen Allen (Norman Turgeon), Paulla Bogue (Stephen), Claudia Kefor (Ed), Constance Rotondo (Paul) and Charlie Allen Jr.; his grandchildren, Gary Allen Jr. (Kim), Zachary Locke (Dzseni), Ashleigh Vella (Joe) and Olivia Allen; his children, Stephanie, Caroline Bogue, Camille, Mahlee and Audrey Kefor; his great grandchild Garrett Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Millie Failla, Joseph Rafala, Louis Rafala Jr. (Phyllis) and Regis Cassidy. He is also survived by 3 godchildren, nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the funeral service was held privately.
