He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Alfred Whitcomb and Virginia Whitcomb; his former wife Judith Whitcomb (Hutchins); and his son Scott Bruce Whitcomb. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Verburg) of South Windsor, CT; his daughters, Tracy Baker (Bob) of Hebron, CT and Jennifer C. Whitcomb (Carrie Kleinschmidt) of Andover, CT; his grandchildren, Kyle Baker (Devan) of Manchester, NH and Aubrey Soltesz (Luke) of Southington, CT; and his great grandchildren, Addison Baker and Sophia Soltesz.
