He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roscoe and Justine Roscoe (Goodwin); and his siblings, Cynthia Roscoe and Donald Roscoe. He is survived by: his children, Melcus Roscoe and Samantha Roscoe; his siblings, George Roscoe, Roger Roscoe (Sonya), Reverend Kevin Roscoe (Linda), Richard Roscoe (Delores), Joel Roscoe (Tasha), Arlise Roscoe, Caffey Roscoe-Gause and Gladys Roscoe-Morris (Nathaniel); and his grandchildren, Abigail Roscoe and Andreas Sands. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
