She was predeceased by: her parents, Wasyl Ciupka and Maria Ciupka; her parents-in-law, Eva and Mario Pereira; and her brother-in-law Nello P. Bongiovanni.

She is survived by: her husband Victor Pereira; her sons, Michael Pereira of Rocky Hill, CT and Christopher Pereira (Nicolle) of Rocky Hill, CT; her siblings, Petro Ciupka (Linda Bouyea) of Watervliet, NY and Lesia O. Ciupka Bongiovanni of Wethersfield, CT; and her sisters-in-law, Teresa DeLoureiro (Julio) of Farmington, CT and Oksana Ciupka of Cohoes, NY.

For those that will be attending the service, we ask that you wear a mask and practice social distancing during the indoor portion of the service.
