He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis D. Moskey (Capega); his parents, Joseph Moskey and Mary Moskey (Kuzaro); his daughter Phyllis Moskey; and his siblings, Regina Kosiba, Genevieve Zywocinski, Joseph, Edward and Theodore Moskey.
He is survived by: his children, Colton, Frank Moskey (Cindy) and Francine Champagne (Steve); his grandchildren, Jeff Moskey (Abbie), Kellie Coleman (Brian), Jon Champagne (Kaleigh), Dan Champagne and Brian Moskey (Katherine Miller); his great grandchildren, Colton Moskey, Austin Moskey and Rory Coleman; and his sister Betty Tollefson (Moskey) of Portland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
