He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bailey and Beatrice Bailey (Higgins). He is survived by: his siblings, Pamela Bailey Maher (John) and William Bailey (Dorothy); and his friends, Reverend Francis Gilbert and Patrick Gilbert. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
