Jacqueline Zack Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Zack (Riverside, Connecticut), who passed away on July 12, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Crupi and Sarah Crupi; her husband Thomas E. Zack; her sons, Thomas F. Zack (Adrienne), Christopher Zack (Kathryn) and Timothy Zack (Michelle); her grandchildren, Rachel, Nathan, Ethan, Owen, Julia and Jenevieve; her sister Sandi Wicina (Robert); and her brother-in-law Edward Zack (Liza). She was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
