It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennison L Allen of Riverside, Connecticut, born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Allen and Opal Allen (Fain); his wife Helen Allen (Wiemann); and his daughters, Linda Ann Lavigne and Deborah Allen-Madsen.
He is survived by: his children, William D. Allen of Versailles, Lorey Allen of Warwick, RI, Cindy Allen of Uncasville and Rebekah "Becky" Allen of Versailles; his sisters, Gwendolyn Clark, Buena Parkinson and Carol Hyde; his grandchildren, Nathan Shwaery (Emily) of Warwick, RI, Christopher Pelli (Vanessa) of Swansea, MA, Greg Allen (Stephanie) of Franklin, Paige Allen of Uncasville, Erica Hutchins (Rick) of Seattle, WA, Allie Madsen of Seattle, WA, Sydnee Golas (Corey), TJ Allen of Titusville, FL, Adam Allen of Colchester and Jake Allen of Versailles; and his great grandchildren, Khloe, Parker, Kolten Golas, Rae-Lynn, Kylie Hutchins, Alana, Cooper Shwaery, Sophie Allen and Trevor Joseph Allen.
