She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Lepack and Elizabeth Lepack; and her brother Curtis Lepack. She is survived by: her daughter Jyoti Belanger of New Jersey; her brother Carl Lepack (Cynthia); her nieces, Melissa Lepack of Manchester, CT, Ashley Lepack of New York City, NY and Heather Salyer of West Virginia; her nephew Carl A. Lepack; and her close friends, Lois Saunders, Jesus Devilla, Debra Anderson, Priscilla and Linda.
