He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Johnson (Cain); his daughters, Ruth Goldenthal (Jonathan) and Heather Blanchard (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Alex Goldenthal, David Goldenthal (Audrey), Ethan Goldenthal, Brandon Johnson and Amanda Johnson; his great grandchild Amelia Goldenthal; and his daughter-in-law Stephanie Bush.
