It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Svend M. Jansen of Ridgefield, Connecticut, born in Brooklyn, Connecticut, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eileen Jansen (O'Neill); his children, Karen Jansen, Geraldine Jansen and Michael Jansen; his grandchildren, Tom Klecan, Michelle Hogan, Kelsey Klecan, Christopher Hogan, Xavier Jansen and Cadence Jansen; his parents, Ireland and Svend; and also Michael Klecan.
