She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred L. Small; and her parents, William Kinstler and Vivian Kinstler. She is survived by: her children, Richard (Rose) of Jersey City, NJ and Sarajane Belkadi of New Rochelle, NY; her grandchildren, Jeremy Small and Hicham Belkadi; and her great grandchild William Small.
