He was predeceased by: his parents, James Peter Nekos and Athena Nekos (Stycos); his wife Panayiota Patsalos (Pam) of Newburgh, NY; his sister Maria (George A. Davis); his siblings-in-law, Demetrius Patsalos, Peter Patsalos (Angeline) and Georgia Janis (Thomas); and his nephews, Dean Patsalos and Pano Pliotis.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Peter, Demetrius, Georgia Nekos, Nicholas, Stephen and Alexander Loukellis. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and a Godson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation in Peter's memory can be made to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and the Church of Our Saviour, Rye NY.
