He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Fitzpatrick and Agnes Fitzpatrick (Farkus); his uncle John; and his aunt Mary Miller (Farkus). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Fitzpatrick (Carboni); his daughter Caitlin Fitzpatrick; and his granddaughter Eleanor Grace Fitzpatrick.
