He is survived by: his wife Susan Bonistalli (Caprise); his children, Jeffrey Bonistalli Jr. (Laura), Lauren Bonistalli and Joseph Bonistalli; his granddaughter Ruby Suzanne Bonistalli; and his siblings, Susan Nicastro and Paul Bonistalli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
